Astute Law Chambers offers the below flat rate immigration legal fees

GST and government fee not included and will be charged in addition to the below fees:

  • Spousal Sponsorship $4,000 (plus $500 for each dependent 18-21 yrs. Old or $250 for each dependent under 18 yrs old)

  • Spousal Appeal at IAD $8,500

  • Residency Appeal at IAD $8,500

  • Express Entry $5,500

  • Provincial Nominee Program $4,000

  • Express Entry & PNP $9,000

  • TRV (tourist visa) $2,000

  • TRV + ATIP (for previous refusal) $2,500

  • Super Visa (1 Parent / 2 Parents) $3,000 / $4,000

  • Super Visa + ATIP (for previous refusal) regular fee above + $500

  • Parental Sponsorship PR (1 or 2 parents) $4,000 and $500 for each dependent

  • Student Visa $2,000

  • Student Visa + ATIP (for previous refusal) $3,000 (if the applicant has a spouse or dependent children additional charges apply)

  • Open Work Permit for Spouse $3,000

  • LMIA Standard Application $3,500

  • Work Permit (for LMIA) $1,500

  • NAFTA Work Permit $2,500

  • LMIA-Exempt Work Permit  $2,000

  • Criminal Rehabilitation (review file for eligibility) $3,000

  • TRP (Temporary Resident Permit) $3,000

  • TRP (for previous refusal) $3,500

  • Fairness Letter Response $5,000 – $6,000

  • H&C Application $5,000 for principal applicant and $500 for each additional dependent

  • PR Card renewal $2,000

  • Citizenship application $2,000

  • Restoration of Status starting at $1,000

  • Investor/Entrepreneur Immigration $30,000

  • Self-Employed Business Immigration $5000

  • Consultation fees are billed at the lawyer's hourly rate, please contact our office for more information.

The above flat fees do not include immigration's application fees or additional applications if when making one application another application becomes required.  If you are not honest about the information you provide Astute Law Chambers or the Canadian government this can affect your application and increase your legal fees above the fees stated above.  Also, if you fail to provide information requested or fail to disclose information it may increase the flat rate immigration fees stated above.
